I've owned a Weber gas grill for about a year and I've been really pleased with it, but that's not why I'm writing. In a recent wind storm (we get a lot of them on the Front Range) my grill was knocked over and the casters broke. I went on the Weber site to find the parts I needed and ended up needing to send a note to customer service that I can't locate the parts I need. My note explained what had happened and asked for help in locating the parts so I could purchase them (not their fault I don't strap my grill to the house.) Well, I get an email back very quickly asking me to send them the serial number on the grill and confirm the model number so they can send me the parts with their compliments. Wow, I wasn't expecting that, and I can confidently say that with their $3-5 gesture they've won a customer for life. Buy a Weber, you won't regret it.
